Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes unexpected events can happen which may make it necessary for clients to cancel their appointment at the last minute or make them unable to attend. If this should occur, please let me know by email as soon as you can. If you re-arrange or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be charged for this session.

If you fail to give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the session; however, where possible I will try to reschedule the session with you. This will be at the therapist’s discretion.
