“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.” – Carl Jung
Casselden Psychology Services is here to support you.
Are you struggling with you mental health?
Recognising that there is a problem with how things are can be challenging. Sometimes things happen which are out of our control, which can leave us feeling down, anxious or not feeling like our usual selves. These things can lead to us feeling overwhelmed, stressed out or struggling to cope. Or sometimes people have difficult experiences earlier in their lives which continue to affect them right up to the present day. Mental health difficulties can arise on and off at different stages in life, and individuals may need help at different points.
Using psychological tools and therapeutic treatment approaches which are based on scientific research and evidence, Casselden Psychology will support you to make sense of your present difficulties. I can work with you to make meaningful changes and help you build new skills, in order to achieve your goals and create a happier life. I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and trained in a number of different approaches which I can tailor to meet you individual needs.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
I have made a commitment to our environment to plant one tree for every session I have through Tree Nation, a non profit organisation which is committed to reforestation projects around the world. You can find out more about them at https://tree-nation.com/about-us.
