“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.” – Carl Jung

Casselden Psychology Services is here to support you.

If you are thinking about making a change in your life, you have already made the first step towards a more fulfilling future.

Recognising that there is a problem with how things are can be challenging. We are often so used to our usual routines that we don't notice when these patterns are causing us trouble rather than helping us. These problematic behaviours can start out as a way of coping, enabling us to survive a tricky situation or a difficult time in our lives. When things change, these old routines sometimes no longer serve us, and instead can impact on our mental health.

Using psychological tools and therapeutic treatment approaches which are based on scientific research and evidence, Casselden Psychology Services will support you to make sense of your present difficulties. I can work with you to make meaningful changes and help you build new skills, in order to achieve your goals and create a happier life.

I look forward to meeting you soon!

I have made a commitment to our environment to plant one tree for every session I have through Tree Nation, a non profit organisation which is committed to reforestation projects around the world. You can find out more about them at https://tree-nation.com/about-us.
